- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring timely and quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and lead a team of EV Service Engineers and support staff.
- Schedule work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure efficient workflow in the service department.
- Provide training and development to the service team on EV technology, tools, and repair procedures.
- Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in EVs.
- Ensure the proper calibration and performance of EV battery systems, electric drivetrains, and charging equipment.
- Prepare regular reports on service department performance, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology, including battery systems, charging infrastructure, and electric drivetrains.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex EV issues related to electrical components, software, and mechanical parts.
