Job description:
Role & responsibilities:
1.Service operations. Implement and follow the SOP to increase the service inflow at the dealership. Mimimize customer complaint escalation to HQC. repeat job analysis to be done and counter measure to be executed. Accident vehicle turnaround time should be maintained less than 10dayse.Same day delivery to be maintained at 95%f. OJT to be given to the technician. Timely submission of warranty claims
2.Customer satisfaction .PSF calls to be monitored and cust.satisfaction level to be maintained above 85%b.Service reminders to be implemented and appointment system should made available. Dissatisfied customer follow-up and closures to be doned .Implement best practice at workshop
3. Product Feedback. New product failure reports to be submitted ontime. Any field fix activity to be completed before timeline .PDI feedbacks to be shared to area managers on weekly basis.Competition study to be done and feedback to be shared
4. Revenue from service. Spares target to be achieved. SAR to be maintained above .7c. VAS to be sold to all customer. RSA and insurance revnewal to be done at workshop
