Role Description

The associate will be responsible for managing the operations team of ID Access management. Candidate/Applicants needs to ensure completion of day-to-day activity as per standards for administration of in scope applications/primary accounts in line with the IS security controls and objectives. The primary function of the role is to ensure all requests are processed by the team within agreed SLA and with accuracy. Candidate/Applicants also needs to deliver quality services within a risk free and controlled environment, to ensure Deutsche Banks overall client satisfaction.

  • Your key responsibilities
  • Lead a team handling global applications
  • Monitor the activities of the team and random quality check on regular intervals to ensure adherence to IS objectives
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Liaise with the global managers ISO\ITAO and ensure that the process is running as per the procedures and standards laid down.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • To ensure completion/adherence of activity as per key operating procedure KOP.
  • To ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per the SLA.
  • To ensure to maintain no KPI misses and no internal errors.
  • Skilled in MS Word , Excel, Powerpoint
  • Requires good understanding of ID administration, User recertification, Gatekeeper Processes and compliance and Risk.
  • Good leadership quality to manage the team spread over multiple locations.
  • Bring out process development ideas from the team and implement those.
  • Coaching and mentoring the team in decision making and taking complete ownership of the situation.
  • Ensure team work culture is practiced and people requirement is addressed to with priority.
  • Initiate and implement projects.
  • Ensure proper back-ups are created and assist other teams during contingencies.
  • Stakeholder management and escalation management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills


  • Your skills and experience

    Ideally the candidate should have 6+ years of overall experience and minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in ID Administration or information security operations
  • IDAM Operations management experience.
  • Should have vendor resource management experience.
  • Well versed with reporting and MIS for higher management.
  • Hands on ID Administration knowledge
  • Good understanding of Information security concepts and implementations
  • Awareness on Risk and controls of ID administration.
  • Good people management capability.
  • Exposure to Information security and risk assessment environments.
  • Exposure to fast paced and challenging security Environment


  • Education / Certification
  • Graduates with good academic records.
  • ITIL certified is desried
  • CISA/CISM/ISO 27001 certification is desired.
