Serrala - Platform Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : Platform Engineer.

Location : Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure microservices.

- Continuously improve the platform's performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Optimize and automate our CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

- Foster a positive developer experience by providing intuitive tools and documentation.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with platform standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and mentor team members.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or Go.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
