Coordinates/facilitates new hire orientation/induction sessions
Ensures the integration of new employees; new hire follow-ups
Assists in the activity to design, deliver and constantly improve our Onboarding proposition and programs in the country, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience.
Acts as steward of the employee experience and company culture HR Administration
Partners with HR Services to ensure that people transactions are processed timely, and processes are continuously reviewed, improved and streamlined
Is responsible for organizing compliance training awareness programs
Collects HR documentation, performs related administrative activities, updates job descriptions.
Offboarding
Conducts exit interviews to identify attrition trends
Ensures compliance for and implements the exit process/documentation
Employee experience, relations support
Assists with employee relations issues
Responds to employee requests or issues via the HR systems, email, or chat
Provides first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters
Acts as Point of Contact for HR tools, processes, programs or projects.
Support the Sr HR Manager HRBP with the people plan, for example: performance calibration, talent forums, training and development
