Assistant Manager Marketing

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for dental implants, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and lead generation.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with the companys overall business goals and objectives.

2. Brand Management:

• Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-person.
• Manage and grow the companys online presence, including website, social media platforms, and content marketing.

3. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

• Design and implement lead generation campaigns targeted at dental professionals, including dentists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales goals and contribute to the sales pipeline.
• Organize and participate in dental conferences, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand recognition and build customer relationships.

4. Content Development:

• Lead content creation for various channels, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, brochures, and videos, to educate and engage the dental community.
• Ensure content is aligned with the needs and interests of target audiences, focusing on the benefits of dental implants and the company's value proposition.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of the dental implant industry and dental terminology.
• Experience with B2B marketing, especially targeting dental professionals and clinics.
