Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage online marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and engaging content for various platforms.
2. Sales Analysis:
• Analyze sales data to understand market trends, customer preferences, and campaign effectiveness.
• Generate insights and reports to guide decision-making, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
• Track KPIs and ROI for digital campaigns and implement improvements based on data analysis.
3. Marketing Planning:
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and target customer segments.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Oversee market research efforts to identify potential growth areas and competitive landscape.
4. Platform Partnership Management (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.):
• Manage and maintain relationships with delivery partners like Zomato and Swiggy, negotiating promotions, ad placements, and special campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and platform contacts to ensure accurate listing, timely updates, and seamless execution of campaigns.
• Track and analyze platform-specific sales performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (5-7+ years) in digital marketing, sales analysis, and marketing strategy development.
• Hands-on experience working with Zomato, Swiggy, or other food delivery platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) and Microsoft Office suite.
