Marketing Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing database, email campaigns, website management, social media management.
• Innovative Marketing Campaigns specifically using 'Owned' and 'Earned' media rather than 'Paid' media
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence across the digital channels
• Create and manage thought leadership content in social media and web-based marketing
• Measure and report performance (CTR, Downloads, Impressions, Likes, Follows, Comments, Shares, Form-fills and Repeat users) of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests for Digital Campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to create digital landing pages and optimize user experience
• Integrating Digital Marketing with other marketing campaigns
• Website maintenance and traffic management
• Demand Generation and Lead Generation
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Event Management and Event Operations
• Evaluate emerging tools & technologies in Digital Marketing space (preferably open source and free) and recommendations with commercial (if any)
• Should be well versed with using Hubspot or any other email marketing tool, database tool, wordpress, google analytics, sales navigator, AI based content generation tools and Canva

Requirements and Skills

• BS/MS or equivalent degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience in B2B digital marketing (minimum 1-3 years, preferably in IT sector)
• Demonstrable experience creating and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in creating, optimizing landing pages and user funnels in digital marketing, along with developing respective digital creatives
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a team player
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
