Customer Service Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This is a blended profile requirement for a telecom client based in USA.

Experience:

We require blended profiles for the agents. 1 year of Voice, Chat, and Order processing experience (60% Voice/ Chat and 40% Order Processing) in an international BPO.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Should be able to comprehend, create passages/ notes.
• Excellent listening skills. Should have the ability to ask probing questions, empathize with customer.
• Awareness of US Culture/ common city people names.
• Should have a very stable resume/ work experience.
• Typing speed of 30 words per min. with accuracy of 90%.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools like Microsoft Word/ Excel. The agent will be taking calls, chatting with the client and also processing the orders.
• Should have the ability to adapt existing and learn new updates quickly.
• Should be open to working graveyard shifts

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/Bsc/B.Com/B.Tech/B.E, or related technical discipline
