Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in E-Commerce to design, develop, and integrate scalable, high-performance commerce solutions, with modular and API based design principles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in product roadmap conceptualization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, API-driven commerce, and integrations. Experience with ONDC or Beckn enabled open networks will be a plus

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise who can bridge business needs with scalable tech solutions, ensuring seamless e-commerce experiences for enterprises and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1️Solution Architecture & Product Roadmap Conceptualization

• Design scalable, API-first, microservices-driven or equivalent architectures for e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
• Lead ONDC-integrated commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability with unbundled value chain.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals, leveraging AI, personalization, and automation.
• Define best practices for system integrations, platform scalability, and performance optimization.
• Drive re-platforming and digital transformation initiatives for enterprises migrating from legacy systems.

2️E-Commerce Platform Expertise & Integration

• Strong experience in Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or custom e-commerce platforms.
• Architect omnichannel commerce solutions spanning web, mobile, POS, and social commerce.
• Lead API integrations with ERP, OMS, CRM, and payment systems.
• Ensure seamless third-party integrations for logistics, payments, and vendor management.

3️API-Driven & Composable Commerce Architecture

• Design and implement GraphQL, RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and Middleware-driven architectures.
• Architect modular, flexible, and composable commerce solutions for scalability.
• Lead integration of ONDC APIs for seamless marketplace onboarding and transactions.

4️Cloud & DevOps (CI/CD) Implementation

• Deploy and manage cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, scalability, and high availability.
• Optimize site performance, caching strategies, and load balancing for high-traffic platforms.

5️Security & Compliance

• Ensure PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA compliance, securing e-commerce transactions.
• Implement fraud detection, multi-factor authentication, and data encryption mechanisms.

6️Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with product managers, UX designers, and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices for development teams.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POC), feasibility analysis, and risk assessments.
• Lead solution presentations and architecture discussions for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• E-Commerce Platforms Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify Plus, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
• Headless & Composable Commerce GraphQL, REST APIs, Webhooks, Microservices.
• Proficiency with atleast one of the software programming languages like Java, Python, Golang or any other equivalent programming framework
• Cloud Platforms & DevOps AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB), Azure, GCP.
• CI/CD & Automation Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• ERP, CRM & OMS Integrations SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Front-End Technologies React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular for headless storefronts.
• Payments & ONDC API Integration UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard.
• AI-Powered Personalization & Search Elasticsearch, Algolia, AI-driven recommendation engines.

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven commerce solutions (e.g., product recommendations, chatbots, fraud detection).
