Sr. Engineer - Production Planning and Control

ControlRole & responsibilities

• Oversee / Develop Production Plan & Management Activities within the Organization
• Prepare & Share Daily Plan vs Actual, Down Time, Coverage Report & Line Efficiency Report
• Analysis & Prepare Monthly Plant Capacity Report Based on Customer Requirements
• Determine Production Requirements Based on Plant Capacity & Production Specifications
• Verify BOM, Material Master & Standard Price for New Project Part Numbers
• Prepare New Parts Routing, Spec Sheet, Part Info & Machine Matrix for New Project Part Numbers
• Coordinate with Development to Complete ECO Changes Timely for Existing & New Parts
• Clear PP Backlog by Every Day in SAP & Checking BOM Backflush
• Assist in Production Risk Assessment & Mitigation Activities
• Evaluate Current Production Processes & Recommend Improvements
• Assist in New Product Development & Enhancements
• Conduct Daily Meetings to keep Track of Production Schedules
• Determine Equipment, Materials & Manpower Required to Complete Production
• Resolve Production Issues & Escalate Unresolved Issues to Management Promptly
• Training & Managing Junior Staffs, Also Evaluate & Improve Performance
• Inventory Closing Activities in SAP & Prepare Inventory Closing Report (SAP vs Physical)
  

MUST REQUIRED

• Strong Experience in SAP PP & SD Module
• Well Experienced in Microsoft Office Excel & PPT
• Good Team Managing & Communication Skills
• Inventory Management Skills
