Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
•  Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
•  Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
•  Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
•  Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance.
•  Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
•  Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
•  Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress to stakeholders.
•  Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
•  Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
•  3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
•  Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
•  Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•  Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
