Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy, execution, and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with expertise in optimizing healthcare-related content. The candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and enhancing overall website authority.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic.
- Identify high-impact keywords relevant to the healthcare industry and create an effective content roadmap.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure all SEO practices comply with Googles latest algorithm updates and industry best practices.
2. Keyword Research & Content Optimization
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify ranking opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking for improved rankings.
- Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages.
3. Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform site audits to fix technical issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed optimization.
- Optimize site architecture, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
- Ensure smooth indexing and crawling using Google Search Console and other webmaster tools.
4. Link Building & Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute an effective link-building strategy to improve domain authority (DA).
- Build relationships with high-authority websites, industry influencers, and healthcare blogs for backlinks.
- Monitor and remove toxic backlinks to maintain a strong SEO profile.
5. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Generate detailed reports with insights and recommendations for further optimization.
- Continuously test and analyze SEO performance metrics to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).
6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content writers.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content strategists to ensure SEO alignment.
- Present regular SEO performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in healthcare, medical, or fintech sectors).
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword ranking factors, and search intent optimization.
- Ability to analyze data-driven insights and implement action plans.
- Leadership experience in managing SEO teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Google penalty recovery, backlink audits, and domain reputation management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
