Job Summary: The SEO Expert will be responsible for helping develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for Bumper to Bumper. The goal is to enhance online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of SEO, including local SEO, on-site SEO, technical SEO, and off-site SEO, to support the business growth and visibility.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and web traffic for the Bumper to Bumper brand and its businesses.
- Conduct on-site SEO optimizations, including metadata improvements, internal linking strategies, and schema markup implementation.
- Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend optimizations for site structure, page speed, mobile usability, and indexing.
- Optimize local SEO efforts, ensuring accurate business listings, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimizations, and citation consistency to drive local search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track keyword rankings and adjust SEO strategies accordingly to enhance organic search performance.
- Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied in content creation, including keyword research, content structure, and on-page optimizations.
- Oversee link-building initiatives, developing high-quality backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and organic reach.
- Stay up to date with SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure the company's strategy aligns with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with web development teams to ensure proper technical SEO implementation, including structured data, crawlability, and site speed improvements.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to provide SEO insights, performance reviews, and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct regular SEO performance reports, tracking key metrics such as traffic, conversions, rankings, and engagement to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Optimize website user experience (UX) for SEO, ensuring mobile-friendliness, structured navigation, and conversion-oriented improvements.
- Ensure industry best practices for SEO are met to drive long-term organic growth and visibility.
- Provide insights on potential content ideas (e.g., blogs, articles) based on keyword research and search trends to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Develop, implement, and track the efficiency of SEO strategies to improve web traffic, keyword ranking, and obtain SEO organic leads for the Bumper2Bumper Group and its businesses.
- Regularly monitor and analyze SEO performance through performance reviews and dashboarding, tracking metrics such as traffic, rankings, and overall SEO health
- Proactively seek out trends and new developments within digital marketing channels, tools, and applications; apply this knowledge and inform and educate where appropriate.
- Ensuring Website content is current & up to date and for creating any new content.
Basic Qualifications: (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands)
- Candidate must have BBA, B. Com with specialization in Marketing.
Education & Experience:
- Overall, 5 - 7 Years of Proven experience in Digital Marketing including SEO.
- A solid understanding of Online Marketing trends and best practices.
- An understanding of Search Engines, Online Ads, etc.
- Good MS Office skills including the use of MS Excel for calculations of large datasets.
- Familiarity with web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, WordPress CMS and JavaScript for technical SEO purposes.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Hands-on person who can hit the ground running.
- Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure.
