Technical Support - Electrical Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Providing L3 Support to Service/Project/Production on their technical queries through NCRs
• Train field techniciansto improve their troubleshooting skills.
• Ensure all the WKIs/SOP are released as per user request by coordinating with the technical
  documentation team.
• WTG audits once a year randomly.
• Assisting SCQ for warranty claims.
• Identify retrofit solutions.
• Identifying Cost Saving Initiatives.

Key Tasks

• Providing Immediate Containment action to the field 24 hours.
• Closing 8D (Design Freeze) by 45 days time.
• Ensuring Technical Availability of fleet: 98% (Excluding materials/inventory issues).
• Identify / Create Value-added product and inform Customer Relationship Manager: 1 / year

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master's or bachelor's in electrical/electronics/power systems Eng (AICTE approved institute)
• Should have experience in product and wind turbine industry
