Job Description

Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team at Beegru. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, acquiring new clients, and promoting our real estate services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate consultants, real estate builders and property owners as well as supporting clients in making informed property decisions. Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients (buyers, sellers, and renters).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the real estate market.
  • Present property listings to clients, offering tailored solutions based on their needs.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate property listings and services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
  • Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market insights.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
