Role & responsibilities

1. Provide online technical assistance to clients for calibration. ( Training will be provided)

2. Do product troubleshooting ( Training will be provided )

3. Coordinate with vendor and end-user (customer) to resolve technical issues.

4. Knowledge in electronics Instrumentation and Good communication skill is essential.

5. Other general tasks as mutually defined by the coordinator.
