Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for end to end from sourcing till candidate joining
• Effective Social Media hiring, Networking, Referencing Headhunting
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.

Required skills:

• Must have 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in IT recruitment.
• Good in screening, sourcing and hiring Passive candidates.
• Should have worked in various recruiting tools (Naukri/Linked in/other job portals).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Good in MS excel, PowerPoint
