Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance AI/Automation Engineer with expertise in developing AI-driven solutions and automation workflows for software development projects. This on-demand role, under a Master Service Agreement (MSA), will involve supporting both the development of cutting-edge AI/automation solutions and contributing to bid defense presentations the technical and business benefits of your solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Defense Support: Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to present and explain AI and automation solutions during bid defense presentations . Showcase how these technologies will streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve scalability, addressing any technical questions from the client.
- AI/Automation Solution Design: Design and implement AI models, machine learning algorithms, and automation workflows to meet specific client needs. Solutions should be scalable, efficient, and aligned with the overall architecture of the software development project.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand their challenges, and propose tailored AI and automation solutions that add measurable value to their software platforms.
- Implementation Integration: Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure AI and automation solutions are properly integrated into the overall software ecosystem. Ensure seamless handover and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders.
- Optimization Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of AI models and automation workflows to ensure they meet performance benchmarks. Continuously optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including AI model architecture, automation workflows, and deployment strategies, to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Requirements:
Experience in AI/Automation for Software Development: At least 5-8 years of experience in designing and deploying AI solutions and automation tools in software development projects. Expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) is highly desirable.
Bid Defense Experience: Experience in presenting technical AI and automation solutions during bid defense meetings. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, ) and RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). in Python, R, or Java for developing AI models and automation scripts. Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation technologies (e.g., Certified Automation Professional, AI/ML certification).
Industry Knowledge: Experience in implementing AI/automation solutions in sectors such as fintech, healthcare, or manufacturing, where efficiency and scalability are critical.
