Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong client-facing expertise and the ability to drive project success.

The ideal candidate should be based in Delhi NCR or open to hybrid work arrangements with the flexibility to relocate to Delhi.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet business goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including solution engineers and developers, to meet project objectives.

- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure quality and smooth execution.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope effectively.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or digital solution environments.

- Extensive experience in client relationship management, with a strong preference for government project experience.

- Proven success in delivering technology projects within deadlines and budgets.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Technical understanding of APIs, web technologies, and system integrations is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL is advantageous.

- Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
