Role Description

person who can create the overall design framework and guide engineers on how to construct and contribute components and templates, and drive governance from a solutions architecture / technical design

12-15 years of Exp

Lead design system architecture discussions, planning, and multi-functional coordination activities.

• Extensive knowledge of design systems, and their architecture, that support the development of client experience and internal tools -- so , experience with design systems that support complex data intensive products, not marketing and brand experiences
• Knowledgeable in developing and implementing design system tokenization strategies for library ecosystem tiering.
• Preferred: experience with convergence of multiple enterprise design systems into a unified system
