Senior Telesales Executive

Overview:

Responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, optimizing loan funnel conversions, ensuring strict process compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the lending domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Engagement (30%) Conduct daily outbound calls with a 70% connect rate, follow up on loan disbursals, KYC, and document submissions, and assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs).
  
• Funnel Optimization (50%) Facilitate borrower progression through the funnel by driving conversions from counseling to QEC and pending document submissions, ensuring seamless movement across all stages.
  
• Process Compliance & Quality Assurance (10%) – Uphold 90% adherence to telesales quality standards by delivering an effective sales pitch and ensuring full compliance with established protocols.
  
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Enhancement (10%) – Maintain a CSAT score of ≥4.5 (90%) through engaging borrower interactions and positive survey feedback.
