Senior Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub), employee referrals, networking events, and professional organizations.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and professional relationships.
- Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate source), analyze recruitment trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice in the engineering community.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's open positions and network with potential candidates.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruitment processes.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and key metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on engineering roles.
- Proven experience sourcing and attracting top engineering talent through various channels.
- Strong understanding of the engineering industry and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
