Technical Lead / Sr Technical Lead - Power Apps, Power Platform

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Model-Driven Apps using PowerApps.
• Develop and optimize Azure Functions to support PowerApps and Power Automate workflows.
• Implement automation solutions using Power Automate, integrating various services and connectors.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PowerApps, Azure Functions, and Power Automate.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform advancements and best practices.

Primary Skills & Must have Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps) development.
• Strong experience in Power Platform with Dataverse & programming knowledge on C#
• Expertise in Azure Functions for building scalable backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources used in PowerApps.
• Strong understanding of security models, role-based access control, and compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party APIs and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for PowerApps and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Power Virtual Agents.
