Job Description
Birlasoft (India) Limited is looking for Sr Technical Lead - Data Engg & Mgmt to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and architects, to understand business requirements and technical goals
- Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Define technical specifications and standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding guidelines
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their technical growth and career development
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development processes and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products
- Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and dependencies
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team
- Drive continuous integration and delivery practices to improve efficiency and quality of software releases
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party systems or components into the overall solution
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and security practices
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process, including conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication
