We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of Intellectyx. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruiting process, the ability to build relationships with potential candidates, and experience in hiring passive candidates and headhunting. The successful candidate will also be adept at working under tight deadlines and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. Location: Coimbatore, India. Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and headhunting. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Identify and engage with passive candidates to build a strong pipeline of potential hires. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Work diligently to meet tight deadlines and complete SLAs on time.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities. Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a recruitment experience in IT products or IT services. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for various roles, preferably in the technology. Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
Demonstrated experience in hiring passive candidates and headhunting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet SLAs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google workspaces Suite.
Preferred Qualifications. Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment. Certification in HR or recruitment.
