Template Design and Development/Enchance the xPression Applications (Design, Admin, Dashboard) to support the new CCM products.
To work with SME(Subject Matter Experts) and Business Teams in design of product projects and in enhancements related to the applications.
Doing design Analysis and requirement gathering for Strategic projects which involve in tuning xPression application to generate the documents for real time data processing and availability.
Perform requirement gathering and walkthrough to design and develop application based on architecture frame work.
Perform administration activities using Admin.
Coordinate with offshore team on daily basis and help to understanding business requirements.
Primary On call person for xPression application during both business and non-business hours. And Organize and conduct conference calls and prepare document based on status meetings
Work with existing requirements documentation. Conduct case studies to determine required functionalities.
Lead short and long term initiatives/projects to support immediate and long term application needs. In all initiatives, leverage root cause analysis, collect information and run necessary data analysis, understand contingencies across multiple functional areas, communicate findings and go forward processes
Perform design and construction review to provide and maintain quality and defect free deliverables.
Provide solution and perform changes for customer issues and ad-hoc requests.
To support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Production roll outs for project requests.
Perform system maintenance and performance tuning to enhance application output to fulfill clients need.
Design new application environment for development SIT and UAT for project request.
Manage and maintain development infrastructure, change control, Configuration items and application security.
Document all code changes and abend, create run books for application and cook books for new infrastructure/Interface design.
Manage development of applications and information systems. Participate in all phases of project development life cycle.
