Senior System Engineer I

Qualification:

• 6 to 8 years of work experience in an IT Support Engineering role.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in leading and managing support team.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with users.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic printer, networking related issues.
• Hands on experience in using IT Support Help Desk tools like Fresh service, Service Now etc.
• Hands on experience in managing 1000+ Assets with Asset management tool.
• Knowledge of remote access systems such as Any desk, TeamViewer, SCCM, RDC etc.,
• Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows/Mac OS.
• Hands on experience in configuring and managing a Microsoft Azure Active Directory environment.
• Hands on experience in configuring and managing firewall, wifi routers, switches and access points.
• Knowledge on Azure AD, Azure Cloud, End point security, cloud concepts etc
• Knowledge on Microsoft Modern Workplace, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, VC Devices/
• Strong customer service skills and follow ITIL framework.
• Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

• Handling IT tickets raised by users through Freshservice Helpdesk tool.
• Onboarding & Offboarding, install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
• Troubleshooting MDM/ MAM Related issues.
• Asset Onboarding and Management through Asset Management tool
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

• Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
