Job Description

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Manage the passing of all bills in the Tally system and maintain accurate records for tax and audit purposes.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees, including the prompt deposit of taxes and filing of tax returns.
Respond to notices from government departments and prepare necessary documentation as required.
Assist with various tax issues, preparing responses for direct and indirect tax cases on a timely basis.
Handle all matters related to STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) export licenses and compliance.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, or an MBA from a reputable institution.
Familiarity with local financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting practices relevant to the industry.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with various government departments and internal stakeholders.
Resilient under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines
