Key Responsibilities

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices.

Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.

Technical Expertise :

- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Process Improvement :

- Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and products.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, development processes, and system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

- 5-6 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#, depending on the role requirements.

- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and tools like Spring Boot, Django, Node.js, or similar.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g, React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end development.

- Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with query optimization.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Tools & Practices :

- Proficiency in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and distributed systems.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and analytically.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
