Senior Software Engineer

• Maintain and develop a multi-tenant platform to achieve company s objectives
• Develop the front-end and back-end for large scale, data-driven applications
• Review feature requests, provide feedback, and maintain features for the applications
• Document the development processes and components
• Work with other developers to complete tasks and share ideas

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Laravel/VUE
• At least 5+ years of experience with custom application development
• Extensive experience with PHP, Laravel, Vue, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Prior experience with VueX Store, Vue Router, and Provide/Inject
• Experience in OAuth and JWT Tokens is preferred
• Experience with the Nuxt.js framework is a bonus
• Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented PHP and versions 6 and 8
• Prior experience in advanced Laravel (Middleware, Collections, Policies, Request, Resources, and Service Containers)
• Experience with software testing, TDD, and unit testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat) is preferred
• Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization is a bonus
• Solid experience building RESTful APIs
• Demonstrable experience integrating custom code with 3rd party web services
• Hands-on experience performing complicated data migrations
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Git and Jira
• Experience working in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystem is nice to have
• Nice to have experience working within Agile development environments
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Nice to have experience in Authorize.net payment gateway, JWT-auth, AG-Grid
• Experience in Laravel Snappy (PDF creation), Laravel Envoy, Spatie Media Library, and AWS S3 filesystem is preferred
• Working experience in Nexmo Notification, Map Box Geo-coder, Vue Bootstrap, and Stimulsoft Reports (JS) is a bonus
• Fluent in verbal and written English
