Job Description
Bachelor s or master s degree, SAP-FICA with good knowledge/experience on SAP-Hybris CC (Convergent Charging). Additionally, S/4 HANA know-how will be preferred.
Experience & Exposure Requirements:
Functional proficiency with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience in the SAP space.
Thorough understanding of BRIM processes
At least 5 years of SAP experience implementing SAP BRIM
Project experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience leading teams or managing small projects
A strong background in Project Management
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
Essential Roles, and Responsibilities:
Monitor the full system from an Application point of view and take the required actions. This means monitoring the following modules:
o CIT (Consumption items) - Are all the Consumption items processed for rating?
o BIT (Billable items) - Are all the items billed?
o Billing documents - Are all the Billing documents invoiced?
o Invoiced documents - Are all the invoiced documents archived?
o FICA FICO - Are all the FICA postings transferred to FICO?
o Partner settlement - Are the technical Balance Sheet offset accounts in balance (0,-)
o Job monitoring
o Trouble shooting
o Support cases
o Master data maintenance
o Testing
Working with other team members for solution designing, template enhancement, and rollout of FICA solution as part of Hybris template to different countries within and outside the EMEA region
Additional Requirements / Notes:
Billing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
Invoicing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
Integration of SAP system with external systems for transfer of Billable Items data Interface for transferring billing information from external systems to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
Processing outgoing and incoming payments
Transfer of account assignment data from Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable to Finance and Controlling (FICO)
Parallel processing and Enhancement of standard business processes of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable using predefined Program Events
Experience in FICA configuration of Main /Sub transactions, Clearing rules, Dunning, Tax, Refund Process, write offs etc
Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas.
Experience leading small to medium project teams to perform tasks with specific goals and deadlines
Experience preparing functional specifications and helping the ABAP team in developing RICEFW objects is a must.
