What will you be doing ?

As the Senior Salesforce Developer & Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include :

- Leading & Mentoring : Guide and inspire a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Design & Development : Create, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Integration Management : Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Salesforce CPQ Solutions : Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes.

- Optimizing Customer Operations : Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to enhance customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities.

- Configuration : Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.

- Mentorship : Train junior developers and team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems.

What are we looking for ?

We're excited to find candidates who have :

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I & II or CPQ Specialist.

- Significant Salesforce development experience, including CPQ implementation and customization.

- Proven skills in Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud is a plus.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and development tools.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong mentoring skills and a commitment to best practices in Salesforce.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- A proactive, self-starter attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
