Senior Salesforce Developer - Service & Experience Cloud (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, Vlocity CPQ, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

They should have a proven track record in building scalable Salesforce solutions, preferably within the telecom sector or industries focused on self-service portals and B2B sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Develop and maintain robust APEX and LWC components to enhance platform functionality.

- Leverage Omnistudio and Vlocity CPQ to streamline lead-to-order and lead-to-cash processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build self-service portals, with an emphasis on telecom and POS systems.

- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members in Salesforce best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and certifications to drive innovation within the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Advanced skills in APEX, LWC, and Omnistudio.

- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, including hands-on experience with Vlocity CPQ and CLM (minimum 2 years).

- Active Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud.

- Proven experience in the telecom industry or companies with a focus on self-service portals, preferably in B2B sales organizations.

- Deep understanding of lead-to-order and lead-to-cash processes and the critical role of CPQ tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce-integrated POS systems.

- Strong understanding of portal development and user-centric design principles.

- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
