Senior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of six years of experience.

The candidate should have extensive expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integration with external applications.

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance our Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud instances.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex and LWC.

- Lead Salesforce development projects and provide consultation for technical solutions.

- Maximize Salesforce capabilities to improve business operations.

- Up to date with the latest features released by Salesforce.

- Engage with AI initiatives related to Salesforce.

System Integration :

- Manage Salesforce integrations with external applications to ensure seamless data flow.

- Implement and optimize REST/SOAP APIs for connectivity with third-party systems.

Omni-Channel :

- Configure Omni-Channel features to boost customer support and efficiency.

- Customize Omni capabilities to meet customer-specific requirements.

Experience Cloud :

- Implement and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud components to foster engagement.

Chat and CTI Integration :

- Implement and customize live chat integration solutions.

- Configure and integrate CTI systems to streamline the Support channels and enhance the routing/agent experience within Salesforce.

Process Automation :

- Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flow to streamline processes.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes for improved efficiency and user experience.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Testing and Deployment :

- Conduct thorough testing of solutions and troubleshoot issues during development and postdeployment.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.

Documentation and Training :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.

- Provide training and support to Salesforce users to maximize platform utilization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- At least six years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud, chat integrations, and CTI systems.

- Strong knowledge of Flow for process automation.

- Preferred Salesforce Developer certifications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
