Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Value Achievement

• Focus on maximizing sales revenue through effective sales strategies and market engagement.

2. Credit Management

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding trade credits and advance payments.
• Maintain trade credit terms within a 30-day window to ensure healthy cash flow.

3. Channel Expansion

• Aim to increase market share from 10% to 15%.
• Identify new markets or segments to grow the distribution network.

4. Dealer Relationship Management

• Promptly resolve dealer issues to maintain strong relationships.
• Enhance collaboration with dealers to drive mutual growth.

5. Inventory Control

• Manage inventory effectively to avoid overstocking or obsolescence.
• Prioritize selling products before they cross the 60-day aging threshold.

6. Dealer & Technician Training

• Conduct monthly training sessions (minimum of 2) for dealer sales teams and technicians.
• Equip the team with product knowledge and selling techniques to boost performance.

7. Market Data Collection

• Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Use insights to refine strategies and stay competitive.
