What You'll Do:
- As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key accounts for the assigned product unit, managing business strategy, tactical execution, and day-to-day operational functions.
- Your primary responsibility is to drive overall product growth in the designated region, collaborating closely with the Sales Head to plan and execute the growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and executive oversight for the daily operations of product sales in the Indian market.
- Drive strategy and growth for the aligned product unit, fostering inter-departmental coordination with engineering, product marketing, operations, and the product team.
- Scale the product unit to its full growth potential.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to increase revenues.
- Recognize opportunities for go-to-market synergy and growth.
- Lead team-building initiatives, developing existing team members and executives, and recruiting to address any gaps.
What Are We Looking For?
- We are seeking an experienced SaaS sales leader with a minimum of 7+ years in SaaS sales, holding an MBA or an advanced degree from a reputable educational institution.
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Enterprise B2B Sales, having worked in solution-oriented consulting roles.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience with enterprise sales is a must.
- Proven ability to understand customer pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
- You must be a dynamic leader and team builder with excellent communication skills, showcasing the capability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
