Job Description
We have an urgent opening for Sales Manager position for below mentioned location
Location: Chennai || Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities
1. Evaluating and assisting in achieving the Teams Targets.
2. Accomplishment of revenue targets of Relationship Manager,
3. Accomplishment of Account opening targets & Cross Selling target of Relationship Manager,
4. Accomplishment of AUM (Asset Under Management) of Team
5. Keeping the Clients satisfied and updated about their Trading related details and queries - for himself/herself & team
7. Success Ration of his/her team.
8. Number of Complaints received against his Team.
9. Ensure Daily Sales Reports in CRM software.
10. MIS and data updation and protection.
11. Team build up & Development
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate to come along with his/her team at least 3people
2. Candidate should be Graduate & Certified NISM 8 (Equity Derivatives)
3. Min Experience required at least 3yrs in broking /share market.
