Job Description
- Provides expert analysis, guidance, and support to Production in Process Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools / techniques and statistical analysis for Internal/External Customers.
- Ensures that internal customer needs for Control Systems are met in a timely and functional manner.
- Utilizes analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action for warranty issues.
- Conduct the product audit to ensure the inhouse process & defect free parts are delivered to Customer.
- Communicate with the team regarding the corrective action process & Quality tool and techniques.
- Identify the Quality issues in Inhouse Manufacturing Process & ensure that it will not recur.
- Upgrade his teamcompetence by providingtraining on latest Quality tools
