Senior Quality Assurance Associate-FMR

The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters of raw milk.

What you ll do

• Testing of Milk and Milk products for Physico-chemical parameters.
• Preparation of Chemicals & Standardization
• Monitoring GMP practices and process CCP s.
• Maintaining GLP requirements.
• Maintaining of all log sheets as per the ISO and data compilation.
• Coordination with internal Quality, production and FG store team.
• Equipment Calibration, Verification & maintain the records.
• FG packaging weight monitoring
• Update and coordinate daily activities
• Investigation of product quality issue
• Data entry in LIMS and product release in Oracle.

What you need to succeed

Qualification: B. Sc. Chemistry, B. Tech (Dairy/Food), M. Sc (Analytic/ Organic)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Good knowledge on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)

Readiness to work in all the shifts
