Role Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple initiatives, ensuring successful execution within budget and scope.

- This role involves cross-functional team leadership, managing stakeholder expectations, and adapting global strategies to local markets.

- Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will contribute to Sales and Presales activities by providing technical expertise, supporting RFPs, and driving client engagements.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.

- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution.

- Manage multiple projects, driving them to closure and handling client interactions effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ensure alignment between project goals and business needs.

Risk & Compliance:

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional and regional teams.

- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.

Financial Oversight:

- Monitor project budgets and control costs.

- Report on project financial performance to senior leadership.
