Experienced Project Manager to lead CFD & CAE Full Vehicle Integration Team.

This role focuses on managing the end-to-end process of CFD & CAE model building and integration for Crash, NVH, and Durability model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Manage and oversee CAE-Full Vehicle Integration, from planning (WL/WF) and resource allocation for execution and delivery.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

2. Model Building & Integration:

• Lead the team responsible for creating and integrating full-vehicle CAE models for Crash, NVH, and Durability domains.
• Knowhow of Vehicle Architecture, modeling standards, quality checks, and validation processes.

3. Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of CAE engineers with expertise in various domains.
• Define roles and responsibilities, set objectives, and evaluate skills & performance.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the CAE team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Present project updates and risk assessments to DPMs.
• Address escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues (Why-Why Analysis).
