Senior Project Engineer

Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and specifications
• Advanced knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering principles
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management
  

Required : Auto CAD, MS Office

Exposure To: MS Project/ Primavera

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of civil works as per project drawings, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
• Oversee adherence to project schedules, safety & quality standards, and cost parameters
• Ensure that all civil and structural works meet the required quality standards
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Monitor and report on the projects progress, addressing delays or issues promptly to the planning team
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project momentum
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and construction staff, coordinate with engineers from other disciplines
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to align on project goals
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Resolve technical and engineering issues on site to maintain project flow

Specific Experience:

• Experience in commercial projects
• Proven track record of managing GFC drawings, micro planning, and construction processes
