- Owning and expanding the Altera CGP software roadmap with new innovations.

- Collaborate with RD, clinical, design, and engineering teams to craft software solutions.

- Prioritize a feature backlog to align with strategic objectives.
- Be the subject matter expert on software products, ensuring cross-functional teams understand and align with product goals.
- Create deliverables like flow diagrams, prototypes , and wireframes to clarify concepts.
- Define and measure success metrics for each product and release.
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure Nateras software solutions are best-in-class.
- Evangelize software products across Natera to maximize impact.
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare IT, biotech, or software, with bonus points for experience in oncology genetics testing .
- Proven ability to conceptualize, define, and deliver best-in-class software experiences .
- Expertise with Agile methodologies and experience managing full lifecycle software projects.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with excellent communication skills.
- BA/BS in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in scalable business rule applications, enterprise software, or business-critical systems is a plus.
- Strong customer research skills: asking insightful questions, listening carefully, and translating findings into actionable needs.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional systems thinking and an ability to understand technical complexities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Experience in breaking down large projects into manageable milestones.
