Job Description
- As the Senior Product Manager for Rider Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intra-city logistics in India
- Your mission will be to enhance the rider experience, expand our rider supply, and optimize operational efficiency
- Through strategic vision and product innovation, you will directly influence key growth metrics such as rider acquisition, retention, monetization, and overall satisfaction
- This role is not just about managing a product; its about creating a meaningful impact for thousands of riders and reshaping intra-city logistics
What You Will Do:
- Strategy: Build out the strategy for Rider growth in partnership with Product leaders, Business leaders and inputs from users, conducting competitive analysis, market, and domain research
- Delivery: Develop and maintain a balanced roadmap and own outcomes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and other teams to create a unified strategic direction and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Feature Prioritization: Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with LoadShares strategic goals.
- User-Centric Design: Champion the importance of a seamless user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers, deepening your understanding of customer needs through continuous interaction and feedback.
- Metric Ownership: Take full responsibility for key product metrics across the product lifecycle, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business objectives.
What you'll Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a background in BE Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing B2C consumer products, with a strong focus on product growth and market competitiveness.
- Advanced skills in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform product strategy and development.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, complemented by innovative thinking and the capacity to differentiate in a competitive landscape.
- Experience in high-pressure environments, with a proven track record of delivering significant business impact swiftly and efficiently.
- A commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and market trends, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and align with business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, capable of leading diverse teams and influencing across business levels
