Job Description
- Product Ownership: Lead the development and optimization of core booking paths and specific areas within our iOS and Android applications that you will own and run.
- Feature Optimization: Continuously improve existing features and come up with new impactful ones through the "build-measure-learn" rapid iteration cycle, leveraging A/B testing to measure and validate changes.
- Collaboration with Technology : Partner with technology teams (within apps and other teams) to enhance the foundational architecture of our apps, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- User Value Proposition: Develop and implement strategies to build a meaningful value proposition for both existing and new users, enhancing overall user experience and satisfaction.
- People leader: Lead PMs from other domains such as checkout, payments, and data analytics. Provide on-the-ground support and mentorship to ensure their professional wellness and growth.
Who you are:
- Relevant experience of at least 6-8 years.
- Proven experience as a product owner with a focus on mobile applications in a B2C space.
- Experience in optimizing mobile app features and functionality
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and rapid iteration cycles
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams, with the ability to work closely with technology teams
- Articulate and communicate thoughts clearly.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders with logical and data driven thinking and discussion
- Demonstrate leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience supporting and developing other PMs
