Senior Operations Manager

Objectives of this role: Maintain constant communication with managers, team member & Franchisees to ensure proper operations.

Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity.

Ensure that operational activities remain on time.

Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.

Manage and handle the day to day operations.

Manage the operations team including lead generation, customer care and MIS reports.

Handle the escalations from the franchisee as well as from the operations team.

Tracking work allocation and reassigning any overdue tasks•

Driving a people lead culture of development and high performance.

Monitoring and delivery of KPIs.

Required skills and qualifications:

10 + years of proven success in an operations management role.

Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service.

Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience of managing complex and high-volume teams, performance management and objective setting.

Succession planning and development, Process optimisation knowledge and experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate across levels.
