Relationship Manager

Primary Objective:

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with parents. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with our school and parents to boost our brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Researching and pursuing new admissions opportunities.
• Identifying parent needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
• Providing parents with comprehensive service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
• Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and on time.
• Meeting sales/admissions target.
• Welcomes inquiries from prospective students and is available to answer any questions regarding admissions requirements, application deadlines, program information, and student residences
• Covert inquiries to registration
• Organize career development programs with school counselors for students
• Convert walk-ins into registration
• Follow up on enrollments
• Counsel prospective applicants on the admissions process and opportunities at the School One-on-one admissions counseling to the diverse population is an important responsibility of this position
• Manage ongoing strategic communications with high school and independent counselors, including email, print, and other media
• Assist in the development and delivery of on-campus events and programs for counseling groups and Individuals

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
• Experience as a Relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to build and maintain strong school and parent relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Parent - oriented
