Senior Operations Consultant - Insurance

Job Purpose:The Insurance Operations Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and issuance of insurance policies. This role involves verifying documents, analyzing eligibility, providing quotes, and issuing policies while adhering to established guidelines and timelines. The consultant acts as a key liaison between clients, sales associates, and insurers, aiming to deliver optimal solutions and excellent service

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify the documents received in CRM as per the checklist.
• Analyse the documents and confirm the eligibility and validity.
• Advise on missing documents and information and ensure their collection before the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Understand customer requirements from Work notes, provide appropriate quotes from the Insurers portal to the Sales Associate (SA).
• Explore alternative or better options to meet the CX requirement.
• Upon client confirmation, issue policies on the insurers portal after re-verifying the documents attached in CRM.
• Invoice the lead matching the issued premium and collected premium.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle the pressure and multi-task/ flexible in work timing and task-oriented
• Data entry skills.
