Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely raising of PO's for the assigned purchase categories.
- New development for purchasing for packaging with coordination to marketing, R&D & other departments.
- Sound knowledge of primary packaging (laminates, PE, PP etc.) and secondary packaging (cartons, tapes etc.)
- Proper planning & delivery schedule for all PM without stock outs & over inventory.
- Receiving incoming materials & verify quantities against PO with stores and responsible for all communication with related teams.
- Adhoc working needs to be manage for exposure. (RM or MRO related Procurement)
- Prepare PO, proforma invoice & quotations.
- Shared the approved PO's with vendors & suppliers.
